SATURDAY & SUNDAY:
This weekend the UBC Okanagan Heat golf teams will be hosting the fourth and final PACWEST tournament of the season at the Okanagan Golf and Country Club.
Being the final tournament for the conference this also serves as the Provincial Championship and will decide the individual medal winners as well as the team champions.
On the women’s team side the UBC Okanagan Heat are just 15 strokes behind the leader and defending champion, the Fraser Valley Cascades. Individually Carolyn Lee is in a dogfight for the top spot.

Her three-tournament total is 485, the aforementioned Woods, formerly of the UBC Okanagan Heat, is in top spot just one stroke ahead of Lee at 484. Woods Fraser Valley teammate Kelley Dalzell is third just two strokes back at 486. Emily Adams (Ladysmith, BC) is tied for fourth with a three tournament total of 502 and Jessica Kozak (West Kelowna, BC) is seventh at 522.
