Join in a family-friendly baseball game for a great cause

Get into the game on July 8 with the Kelowna Falcons.

Buy a $10 game ticket and all proceeds will go towards UBC’s 2015 United Way campaign.

Tickets can be purchased at the Gym equipment desk or online at: falconsplayforunitedway.com.

UBC students and UBC students with young families are encouraged to pick-up tickets. You’ll have a really fun night watching Kelowna Falcons vs. Klamath Falls, 6:35 p.m. start at the Elks Stadium, and it includes fun fan participation events between innings and a kids’ play area.

UBC Athletics & Recreation is thrilled to be working with the Kelowna Falcons and United Way on this event. The owners of the Kelowna Falcons, the Nonis family, made a substantial donation to the state-of-the-art turf field that is home to the UBC Okanagan Heat’s CIS soccer teams and offers playable surface for football, field hockey and men’s lacrosse. The United Way is a valued charity serving our communities that UBC supports annually through an on-campus campaign.

FREE tickets for UBC students courtesy of UBC Athletics & Recreation – Don’t wait! There are a total of 100 tickets, first come first get! Ticket pick-up is at the Gymnasium, office 106. Family and friends want to join too? Tickets can be purchased for $10 from the Gymnasium Equipment Desk. All ticket proceeds go to the United Way 2015 campaign.
