The UBC Okanagan women’s basketball team has yet to lose in 2016, capturing five straight since the turn of the calendar, after their 29-point (71-42) win on Saturday night over the home town UNBC Timberwolves.

Looking to build on their record number of wins in Canada West the UBC Okanagan women’s basketball team will play two versus UNBC this weekend. Tip-off on Friday night at 6 p.m. and the rematch is set to tip-off on Saturday at 5 p.m. (PST).

In a B.C. Interior showdown the Heat will host its long-time foe, the Thompson Rivers WolfPack, for a Canada West showdown to open the New Year on Friday at UBC Okanagan. Tip-off is 6 p.m. The Saturday game has been rescheduled Saturday, January 30th (2 p.m.) and will be played at Warner Rentals Court in Kamloops.
