Disability Liaison Network available to all faculty members

Did you know that the Disability Resource Centre (DRC) has a Faculty Disability Liaison Network (FDLN) that meets regularly to discuss improvements for programming and services at UBC's Okanagan?

This network is a great opportunity for scholars from a variety of departments and units to come together to share ideas and resources and address issues with the DRC.

Recent FDLN discussions have included: service improvements, exam processes as well as practical and meaningful ways to accommodate students with disabilities.

The next network meeting will be in May 2012.

To get involved in the FDLN, contact DRC Coordinator Jess Roebuck at 250-807-9263.
