The spring Group Fitness schedule is fun, flexible, and affordable
UBC Recreation has confirmed its four most popular offerings –yoga, spin, spin and sculpt, and Zumba. -- will continue throughout May and June.
For just $50 ($30 for students) faculty and staff can access an amazing seven weeks of unlimited group fitness classes.
Classes will run at three key staff-friendly times: mornings (7 to 7:45 a.m.), lunch hours (12:05 to 12:55 p.m.), and late afternoons (4:15 to 5:15 p.m.). All classes are held in dedicated studios in the Hangar Fitness Centre.
