Back by popular demand are staff yoga, Zumba, and a variety of spin options. New offerings include Pilates, BodyHIIT (high-intensity interval training) and outdoor Boot Camps.
New this year: all-access Hangar passes have been rolled out for those looking to take full advantage of the Hangar Fitness Centre for one low price. On sale starting September 1, faculty and staff rates are $230 per semester or $380 for the Academic Year.
