Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2020 Pick Your Peak Stair Challenge. 98 faculty and staff climbed their way to health, and this year 23 new climbers and four household teams joined us.

Pick Your Peak is a fun and inclusive way to encourage staff and faculty to incorporate movement and activity in the day. Stair climbing is a great way to boost cardiovascular health, build muscle and strengthen the core.
