HR Lunch and Learn: Intergenerational Diversity as a Cultural Asset

Wed, May 23, 2012 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Administration Building.

We now have four distinct generations working side by side. This workshop will explore the different influences, expectations and drivers that this represents and identify areas of possible disconnect and misunderstanding as well as areas of commonality. The focus will be on how to capitalize on the various strengths in our workforce to create an inter-generationally friendly environment.

Bring your lunch and join us for coffee. The Human Resources Lunch and Learns are informal, brownbag sessions that will be focus on a different topic each month, and will be your opportunity to ask questions and learn about a variety of different programs, issues, policies, procedures or to get some tips and tricks.

Date/Time: Wednesday, May 23, 2012 12 noon to 1 PM
Location: HR Boardroom ADM009A
