The University of British Columbia, Okanagan campus, and the University of Calgary, will collaborate to host the Exercise Physiologists of Western Canada Conference (EPOWC) July 16-18, 2014.
EPOWC is a student-focused conference that brings together researchers from across western Canada.

The School of Health and Exercise Sciences is thrilled to host the 2014 EPOWC Conference and invite students and faculty from across western Canada to join in the exciting two-day event.
The conference will feature two keynote speakers: Dr. Juan Murias, Assistant Professor from the University of Calgary presenting VO2 and deoxy-hemoglogin ketics: what can they tell us about 02 provision to the muscles; and, Dr. Chris. McNeil presenting Central fatigue: In the middle of it all.
The EPOWC conference is an excellent opportunity to network with peers from across western Canada.
