Construction on Dr. Maya Libben’s CFI-funded Psychopathology Lifespan and Neuropsychology (PLAN) Laboratory is complete.
The Psychopathology Lifespan and Neuropsychology (PLAN) Laboratory is a CFI-funded research space directed by Dr. Maya Libben, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at UBC Okanagan. Research in the PLAN lab relies on neurocognitive methodological platforms such as eye-tracking, EEG, behavioural testing and neuropsychological assessment to better understand the cognitive aspects of psychopathology as well as functional outcome following stroke and brain injury. Current research projects include 1) the use of neuropsychological assessment data to predict functional outcome in stroke 2) eye-tracking studies of hemispatial neglect and 3) the development of cognitive bias modification techniques for clinical and sub-clinical eating disordered populations.
The PLAN Laboratory is located in SCI 131 on the ground floor of the Sciences Building at the UBC Okanagan campus. Click here to visit the PLAN Lab website.
