Adobe Software Outage, May 27, 2020 (Resolved)

UPDATE: 2:00PM – Adobe is reporting that the services that impact our use on campus are now resolved.

There may be lingering issues with “Platform Core Services” which may impact licensing – if you continue to experience issues, please monitor the Adobe status page for final resolution here:


The cloud-based Adobe software suite is experiencing a large number of system outages. This will impact your ability to use various Adobe software, including:

  • Creative Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Document Cloud
  • Adobe Services
  • Adobe Experience Platform

We have heard reports of a number of usability issues, including not being able to open Adobe apps, not being able to log in, or Adobe apps reporting “no internet”.
