Suzanne Nazareno, Manager of Conferences and Accommodation, was awarded the Members Choice Award from the Canadian University and College Conference Organizers Association (CUCCOA), which she received on October 6, at the annual conference held in Victoria, B.C.
The CUCCOA Members Choice Award is an open award category for members to recognize colleagues for their outstanding work. Suzanne was nominated for the contributions she’s made to the growth and organization of Conferences and Accommodation, as well as for her continued vision, hard work, support and willingness to mentor colleagues.
Suzanne was also nominated this year’s Lake Country Chamber of Commerce’s Community Involvement award, which honours business individuals whose actions and decisions have made a positive impact on our community, and who are making social responsibility a part of their daily operations.
