UBC Recreation continues to offer popular and affordable on-campus fitness classes
Back by popular demand, a range Group Fitness classes will be offered this May and June. Classes will run at three key employee-friendly times: mornings (7 to 7:45 a.m.), lunch hours (12:05 to 12:55 p.m.), and late afternoons (4:15 to 5:15 p.m.).
The streamlined schedule comes with an equally streamlined cost: $50 for unlimited group fitness activity May 12 through June 27 ($30 for students).
Classes include yoga, spin, spin and sculpt, and Zumba. All classes are held in dedicated studios in the Hangar Fitness Centre.
Drop-in and per-class registrations are also available if you want to try out a few classes before committing to a pass. Classes fill up on a first come, first served basis.
