Dear colleagues,
Professor Gordon Binsted, Dean of the Faculty of Health and Social Development (FHSD), will conclude his term as Associate Provost, Academic Health Initiatives on November 30, 2020. Professor Binsted took up the position on January 1, 2018, when the Okanagan campus was beginning to define its objectives in the area of Health. In this role, Professor Binsted has represented the Okanagan campus and made important contributions to many health-related developments across both campuses, as well as in collaboration with Interior Health and Kelowna General Hospital. Professor Binsted will continue on committees and collaborations in his capacity as the Dean of FHSD.
