Human Resources has implemented a new approach to illness, injury and reduced work capacity on campus — the Work Re-Integration and Accommodation Program (WRAP).
The program, organized by coordinator Tracey Hawthorn, will reflect a collaborative and supportive approach to returning or remaining at work following injuries or illnesses.
The WRAP program is in place to support staff and faculty, and to assist supervisors and managers. Efforts are underway to help the campus community find out more about the program. Departments and units can also expect a drop-in from Tracey in the next few weeks to make further introductions and provide information about the new program.
