Be Well at Work is delivered by the UBC School of Population and Public Health, in partnership with the Canadian Cancer Society. It will look at the effectiveness of three different workplace wellness approaches.
Be Well at Work will also help evaluate Alive!, an email-delivered lifestyle intervention program that looks to increase physical activity and improve nutrition and overall health.
Some of benefits of the program include a personalized health assessment of your diet and physical activity and a tailored program that will help you make small changes to increase your healthy behaviours.
Participants will also receive incentive gifts for their participation throughout the project.
