Registration for Alive! — the campus community’s new workplace wellness program — has been extended to next Tuesday. Interested participants have until then to enrol at www.Okanagan.bewellatwork.ubc.ca.
Designed to help you improve diet and physical activity by making gradual changes, Alive! is being offered at no charge to employees as part of the Be Well at Work research project.
First Be Well At Work prizes awarded
The first two prizes for Be Well at Work have been drawn. The winners and their prizes include:
Kate Budd won a $120 gift certificate to visit Dr. Douglas Lobay at the Naturopathic Clinic
Diane MacBride won the Meals in Minutes cookbook by Laura Kalina and Cheryl Christian

There are two more prizes which will be drawn: an iPod Shuffle and a 45 minute massage from Stephanie Schmaltz at the Kelowna Wellness Clinic. Register now to be eligible to win these prizes.
To be entered for the prize draw, print the certificate on the Thank You page at the end of the registration. Hand this form to Deborah Power at the Institute for Healthy Living and Chronic Disease Prevention in the Fipke Centre building (room FIP246B).
