A new series of workshops focused on holistic nutrition and habits to enhance well-being is being offered throughout the summer at no charge to UBC employees.
Funded by the UBC Healthy Workplace Initiatives Program, these lunchtime workshops are being held on the third Wednesday of each month this summer and will focus on simple ways to be a healthier person.
Facilitator Angela Wright will give participants an understanding of how macronutrients affect health and help highlight which foods reduce stress and eliminate toxins.
Dates: May 18, June 15, July 20 and August 17
Time: 12 noon to 1 p.m.
