Movember might be half-over, but any members of the campus community who are participating this year are encouraged to join the Okanagan campus’ fundraising team as soon as possible.
The Student portfolio is currently leading the way with four staff members participating: Derek Como, Anthony Dodds, Dan Odenbach and Steve Taylor.
Movember participants can join the team by visiting the greater UBC Movember network, which is comprised of all teams and individual members from UBC. There are several ways to get involved:
- encourage staff or faculty members who are already Movember participants to join the team
- encourage more UBC staff to participate
- donations to colleagues’ Movember fundraising efforts
