Have someone on your holiday shopping list that is hard to buy for? Try purchasing a goat, mosquito nets or a poultry house — all the while building a better future for two rural villages in Ghana. This year’s Project GROW Christmas Card Campaign is currently underway and runs until December 17.
Project GROW is a unique partnership between UBC and the twin villages of Nyobok-Nkenszei in rural Ghana which has provided tens of thousands of dollars worth of support for families since its inception in 2007.
Watch for the Project GROW table selling holidays cards at various locations across campus throughout December.
