It’s short, simple and will help Facilities Management deliver better services to the campus community.
A new customer satisfaction survey has been developed by the department to help find out more about what is going well and what needs improvement in their service delivery.
The survey takes less than a minute to complete and can be accessed by visiting the link in the email that all customers receive when a work order has been completed. It asks to rate the service of the work order and add any additional comments.
Everyone who completes the survey in March and April will be entered to win a Tim Horton’s gift card. Draws will be held at the end of each month.
