Human Resources launches new Welcome and Relocation Services program

April 2, 2012

Human Resources has just launched a new Welcome and Relocation Services program

Located in room ADM 009F in the Human Resources section of the Administration Building, Welcome and Relocation Services assists faculty, staff, and post-doctoral fellows and their families with a smooth transition into the UBC community and the Okanagan area.

HR Associate Susan Fukushima will be coordinating the program. She’ll be providing information and personalized support to new employees to access community resources around housing, childcare, spousal employment and other topics. HR also has brochures available for posting and inclusion with letters of offer.

New members of any Okanagan campus faculty, unit or department are welcome to make use of the new Welcome and Relocation Services program. To find out more contact Susan Fukushima at 250-807-8612.
