In November, 2011, UBC held its second Workplace Experiences Survey, an opportunity for staff and faculty to share what they think about working at UBC.
On March 6 the results of the survey were released at a Workplace Experience Town Hall. At the town hall it was announced that an impressive 46 per cent of employees at the Okanagan campus had filled out the survey.
If you were unable to attend the Town hall event, you can see the presentation and read the survey results via the Focus on People website.
Workplace Experience Action Committee
Human Resources is striking a Workplace Experience Action Committee on the Okanagan campus to examine the survey results and develop recommendations for action. Anyone interested in joining the committee can contact Nicole Udzenija, Human Resources’ Organizational Development and Learning Consultant.
