Library Closure: August 22 to 26

August 20, 2012

The Okanagan campus library will be closed Wednesday, Aug. 22 through Sunday, Aug. 26, for renovations.

Alternate study space has been arranged from Wednesday to Sunday in:

  • the Fipke Centre (FIP140)
  • University Centre (3rd floor Writing Centre)

Alternate computer lab space has also been arranged in:

  • Innovation Lab (ADM013)
    Wednesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • In the Fipke Centre (FIP129)
    Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • In the Fipke Centre (FIP133)
    Thursday and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If urgent access to Library materials is required, please call 250-807-9107.  A Library staff member will be able to assist library users from Thursday to Saturday.

There will be limited access for library users to the second floor via the west entrance elevator and stairs. Library staff will do their best to ensure patrons can have access to their holds, recalls and reserves from Thursday to Saturday.  Go to the Library West elevator and use the buzzer to get services.

Materials currently on loan and due during our closure may be returned on Monday, August 27, without fines.
