Support the bake sale and silent auction
This year’s United Way Bake Sale and Silent Auction is being held on November 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This annual event is a delicious and fun way to give to the Okanagan campus’ 2012 United Way campaign.
Choose from a variety of baked goods and bid on a variety of silent auction items that make for excellent holiday gifts. Advance viewing is available at: www.unitedway.ok.ubc.ca.
Bids close at 12:45 p.m., and the winning bids are announced at 12:50 p.m.
To date the Okanagan campus’ campaign has raised $21,000 towards the goal of $50,000. Anyone interested in getting involved, donating or planning their own event, is invited to contact campaign chair Sarah Stang at 250-807-9606.
