Last call for corporate exhibitors for Feb. 7 Career Fair

January 16, 2013

WHAT: UBC’s annual career fair
WHEN: Thursday, February 7, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
WHERE: Richard S. Hallisey Atrium — Engineering, Management and Education Building, 1137 Alumni Ave., UBC’s Okanagan campus, Kelowna

Is your company looking to connect with thousands of enthusiastic minds? UBC’s Okanagan campus annual Career Fair event has limited spots remaining for employers wishing to raise their company profile with motivated students and recruit for summer, part-time, or full-time employment opportunities.

The Career Fair runs from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, in the Richard S. Hallisey Atrium of the Engineering, Management and Education Building. There is a $425 (plus tax) fee to register for a booth. Registration deadline for companies is Sunday, January 20.

Last year, more than 1,000 students attended the Career Fair.  The location in the spacious and open Education, Management and Engineering Building, is central and convenient, and ensures students will not miss out.

Last year, this annual event hosted more than 50 employers who met UBC students to inform them of the career opportunities that await them.
