The annual Interdisciplinary Graduate Students Club conference takes place this year on May 3 and 4 at UBC’s Okanagan campus.
The conference, hosted by the club and the Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies, is entitledRenewing/Reknowing Bodies and asks presenters to consider ongoing conversations of bodily materiality, agency and responding to others.
The goal of this conference is seeks to explore the aforementioned conversations from a wide variety of angles, disciplines, and backgrounds.
Conference organizers are seeking presenters for this conference. Those interested in participating can send short abstracts (approximately 250 to 300 words) to Spela Grasic or Taylor Scanlon by Friday, Feb. 15.
