In Troy Campbell, Campus Security has an excellent set of eyes and ears to help ensure a safe and secure university environment.
In 2011, Campbell was hired by Campus Security to serve as a Security Communications Coordinator where has helped provide round the clock emergency and security services to the Okanagan campus.
Now that he has become familiar with his surroundings at UBC, Campbell has been asked to take on a new level of responsibility as a Security Coordinator. In this new role, Campbell will assist Campus Security in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 24-Hour Security Dispatch Centre, investigations, and training.
Campbell studied at the University of Nevada Reno in the School of Social Research and Justice Studies before joining UBC. He has extensive work experience in the field of Retail Loss Prevention & Management.
