More tables and chairs in common areas of the Arts and Sciences, Arts , Fipke Centre, and Engineering, Management and Education buildings offer students additional places to study this term. More classrooms have been set aside for drop-in use by students, too.
Student seeking space to study have more options this term. Over the past week, several classrooms have been converted for use as student study areas from 7 p.m. until building close, 7 days a week until April 24. These are drop-in spaces, and do not require pre-booking.

- Arts Building: ART 218
- Science Building: SCI 236
- EME Building: EME 2131
As well, more tables and chairs have been added to foyers and other common areas in:
- Arts and Sciences
- Arts
- EME
- Fipke Centre
Many other spaces are available for students to reserve. To book one of the 18 study rooms in the EME Building, a login is required. Login with your Novell username/password at bookings.ok.ubc.ca/studyroom.
