Take advantage of Campus Rec’s Group Fitness promotion before it’s too late.
Until the end of October, the campus community can take advantage of a substantial deal on Group Fitness programs – $20 for unlimited Group Fitness participation.
Group Fitness offerings include spin classes, boot camps, Zumba sessions, and a variety of yoga options. All classes are held in dedicated Group Fitness studios in the new Hangar Fitness & Wellness Centre.
For those who want to try out a few classes before committing to the full month, drop-in and per-class registrations are also available. Classes fill up on a first-come, first-served basis
