Holiday Traditions Family Fun Day

November 22, 2013

UBC’s Okanagan campus is holding a Holiday Family Traditions Fun Day on December 7.

The day promises an enjoyable experience for families, beginning with a showing of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, starring Jim Carrey.

The film screening begins at 11 a.m. in the University Theatre, room ADM026.

The day will also feature horse-drawn hayrides, crafts, games, cookie decorating as well as family photos and goodie bags with Santa Claus. These activities begin at 12:30 p.m. in the Engineering Management Education building.

Purchase something to eat at the concession and be sure to enter the draw for prizes.

Tickets for Holiday Traditions Family Fun Day are $2 per person, with all proceeds going to the Okanagan campus United Way campaign. Admission is free for children under two years of age.
