Can someone you know help a student transition into the working world?
The Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) Mentoring Program is recruiting women working beyond UBC in careers in science or engineering to act as mentors.
Mentors are matched with two students seeking to build their professional skills and succeed in their future careers.
The program runs each year from September through April. A mentors’ time commitment is flexible other than four required early-evening events.
This year’s WiSE application deadline is Monday, September 15.
