Write to Win: Business Writing Style I

Anybody can learn the basics of jig sawing together a letter or report.

However, subtleties of style, audience address and analysis, and clarity of purpose are the key to ensuring that your communication skills earn the results you want.

In this workshop learn to take your business writing to the next level by incorporating a reader-centred approach and improving clarity, conciseness, tone and professionalism.

Less Stress at Work Lunch and Learn

This hour session discusses the signs and symptoms of stress, how to deal with the stress in your life and how to help yourself and others stay mentally tenacious.
