Nominations now open for Student Researcher of the Year

October 24, 2014

Do you know an outstanding undergraduate or graduate student researcher? Nominate them for the UBC Okanagan Award for Student Excellence in Research and/or Creative Scholarly Activity.

UBC’s Okanagan campus will recognize both an undergraduate and graduate student who have made a significant contribution to research during his or her time at the University.

The award terms and nomination form for the Student Researcher of the Year Award are available from the Office of Research Services website: ors.ok.ubc.ca/awards/student-researcher-of-the-year-award

Please note the following important deadlines as late applications/nominations will not be accepted.

  • December 1, 2014
    Nominator submits Nomination Letter to the Dean
  • December 19, 2014
    Nominator submits supporting materials to the Dean
  • January 23, 2015
    Dean submits nomination packages to the Office of Research Services
