Ten UBC Okanagan students are sharing $500,000 in scholarship grants announced recently by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
The fellowships and grants are awarded to promising students in master, doctoral and postdoctoral programs.

- Terri Everest, interdisciplinary graduate studies, $105,000
- Shirley Hutchinson, psychology, $105,000
- Joanne Taylor, interdisciplinary graduate studies, $80,000
Master’s degree recipients:
- Kimberley Crosby, psychology, $17,500
- Lisa Crossley, psychology, $17,500
- Crystal Evanoff, psychology, $17,500
- David Kadish, interdisciplinary graduate studies, $17,500
