Lunch hour options include staff & faculty yoga, core flow yoga, and shred spin. Post-work you can try out Zumba, spin & strength, and core flow yoga.
Beyond your first week back, keep your energy high with a faculty and staff Group Fitness pass – $80 gets you as many amazing Group Fit options you can handle every week until August 31.
