The College of Graduate Studies has re-launched its website (gradstudies.ok.ubc.ca) with a new design, which delivers an immersive experience that elevates and encourages exploration of the ideas, people and events that define graduate studies on the Okanagan campus.

The new site helps graduate students attain personal, professional, and academic excellence with an improved online experience, as well as gives faculty and staff easier access to important online resources. The site includes:

  • An intuitive way to delve into the services provided by the College of Graduate Studies. This approach, like ubc.ca, leverages more visuals and a clean, contemporary look that connect visitors to the information they seek.
  • Dynamic resources, including filterable databases of our awards and scholarships, forms, and deadlines and a searchable policy and procedures manual.

The content of the new site meets the needs of external and internal audiences.

Much of the new content has been written to tell a compelling story about our graduate student experience to external visitors. At the same time, many new features and sections improve access to information for internal audiences. For example, the revised Faculty and Staff page lists resources available to help employees in their work with the College of Graduate Studies.

Every effort has been made to ensure any current bookmarks will continue to work as usual. All feedback and comments should be submitted to gradadmin.ubco@ubc.ca
