Thriving @ Work with Lynda.com

October 10, 2018

Thrive logoFor this year’s Thrive Week, all faculty and staff are encouraged to explore the Lynda.com course Thriving@ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity.

In this 41-minute course, Arianna Huffington and Joey Hubbard—the director of trainings at Thrive Global—discuss how well-being can contribute to your productivity and success at work.

It shows you how to live a life filled with less stress, greater well-being, and enhanced productivity through transformational changes. Continue your Thrive journey and discover how to go from coping and surviving to actually thriving.

All UBC staff and faculty receive free premium-level access to the lynda.com library of high-quality digital tutorials, courses, and curated learning paths. Visit lynda.ubc.ca to activate your account and start exploring.

Students also have free access through the Okanagan Regional Library at: orl.bc.ca/elibrary/elearning/lynda
