Thrive Week is aimed at promoting mental health literacy through the Thrive 5+ (moving regularly, sleeping soundly, eating to feel nourished, helping others, and connecting socially + other ways to thrive).
Mental Health Literacy consists of:
- Understanding how to obtain and maintain positive mental health
- Understanding mental disorders and their treatments
- Decreasing stigma related to mental disorders
- Enhancing help-seeking efficacy
