Researchers from UBC’s Okanagan campus will be speaking at an open session in conjunction with the BC Pinot Noir Celebration, held Aug. 17, for the public to learn more about the science of wine.
The free session, coordinated by the Faculty of Management and the Irving K Barber School of Arts and Sciences, will have Chemistry Professors Wesley Zandberg and Susan Murch and Biology Professor Daniel Durall give an overview of their current wine research during the morning of the event.
