I am writing to share the sad news that Jessie Ravnsborg, an alumna and beloved staff member here at UBC Okanagan, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2019.
Jessie graduated from UBCO in 2009, and worked in various roles on campus until 2018. Most recently, Jessie was working within the Development and Alumni Engagement portfolio, where her sunny disposition, enthusiasm and compassion to help others made her a joy to work with. Her warmth and generosity were known across campus and beyond.
