First- and fourth-year students invited to complete the NSSE

January 30, 2020

National Survey of Student Engagement

First- and fourth-year undergraduate students from UBC’s Okanagan campus are invited to participate in the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). The survey will launch on February 10 and will close on May 31, 2020.

The NSSE is among the most established tools for measuring the effectiveness of undergraduate education at universities. The results will help inform UBC about overall undergraduate student engagement and satisfaction and provide information to help improve programs and campus activities for current and future students.

Everyone on campus is encouraged to help raise awareness about NSSE.

A toolkit of resources is available for those interested. It includes social media content, digital signage, and a PowerPoint slide that faculty can use in classrooms. To request the toolkit, please contact kristy.condon@ubc.ca.
