Following the success of last year’s event, UBC’s Okanagan campus looks to continue the tradition of educational fun with a Community Day on September 24, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a day for friends, family, neighbours, and everyone in the Okanagan to see all that UBC has to offer.
Organizers are looking to faculty, staff, and students for support in two ways: through volunteer support and by event participation.
There is so much at UBC to be proud of and to share. Contributions in whatever capacity will help make this a memorable experience for everyone. The day’s fun will feature guided tours, interactive activities, demonstrations, and research presentations. Food and live entertainment will also be available throughout the day.
