The Behavioural Research Ethics Board (BREB) is recruiting new members in the following areas:
- Ethics member
Regular and alternate member positions available - FCCS member
- Student member
Masters, PhD or postdoctoral fellow
Appointments are generally for two years. The BREB normally meets monthly during the afternoon of the third Monday of each month and attendance to these meetings is required.
Being a member of the BREB has many benefits including assisting UBC’s mandate to conduct ethical research involving human participants, the opportunity to learn about the many research activities being conducted on campus, along with the opportunity to engage in stimulating dialogue and debate with colleagues.
