All faculty, staff and students are encouraged to sign up for UBC ALERT, UBC’s emergency notification system. In the event of an emergency, text and voice messages will be delivered to all personal or work cell phone numbers registered with the UBC Alert system.
UBC ALERT will be tested Friday morning (Dec. 20). If you have signed up to be notified of emergencies, you may receive up to two voice and text messages during this test. Testing is expected to be complete by 10 a.m.
