As part of an ongoing consultation process with the campus community about its services, Facilities Management is looking for your input.
When a work order has been completed, Facilities Management customers receive a confirmation email with a link to a survey asking to rate the service of the work done.
To date the survey has gathered 458 responses, which has resulted in improvements in responsiveness and has been a great boost of morale for the growing maintenance team.
