2014 Faculty and Staff Workplace Experiences Survey

What’s your experience working at UBC?

From November 3 to 21, you’ll have the opportunity to share your feedback in the 2014 Workplace Experiences Survey.

The survey includes questions about your career, resources and support, leadership, community, and wellbeing. Faculty and staff will see tailored versions of the survey to ensure the questions are relevant and meaningful.

You will receive an email from Ipsos Reid, UBC’s survey consultant, inviting you to participate. The survey is expected to take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and anonymous.

Ipsos Reid will create survey reports for UBC overall and individual faculties, departments, and units (unit-level reports will be provided only if 10 or more respondents participate).

The survey findings will help inform future priorities and initiatives for UBC overall and individual faculties/departments. These decisions will rely on what’s captured in the survey data, so make sure your voice is heard – take the survey and encourage colleagues to take it too!
