A full week of events, March 2 to 6, will showcase UBC’s research ideas, innovation and impact to our communities and our world. There are events for everyone and it’s all at no charge.
Monday, in the opening research keynote: Maintain Your Brain Health, Patrick L McGeer, MD, PhD, and professor emeritus with the Faculty of Medicine, shares studies of degenerative brain disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and a new discover that offers hope.
On Tuesday and Wednesday the top junior researchers from K to Grade 12 will be on campus to present their research to judges and viewers as part of the School District 23 Science Fair.
And there many more events to invite others and to attend. Celebrate 10 years of research excellence at UBC’s Okanagan campus.
