UBC is undertaking a process to redesign University Way between Alumni Avenue and International Mews at the heart of campus, and the first phase of public consultation on the redesign is taking place between March 23 and April 10.
Through the redesign process, this portion of University Way will be transformed into a vibrant pedestrian and bicycle-only “Main Street” that supports student gatherings, informal interaction, festivals and celebrations.
There are two ways to participate in this consultation:
- Attend the public open house on March 30 between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the University Centre, Main Level Entrance
- Take the online questionnaire between March 23 and April 10 at campusplanning.ok.ubc.ca
