Wilden Living Lab breaks ground

What: Official groundbreaking event to mark the start of construction on the Wilden Living Lab research project
Who: Hosted by the Blenk Development Corp. and attended by partners from UBC Okanagan, Okanagan College and AuthenTech Homes
When: March 31 at 1 p.m.
Where: 259 Upper Canyon Drive North, Kelowna

Industry and post-secondary partners in the Wilden Living Lab project will mark the official groundbreaking of an energy-efficiency research project designed to measure the impact of sustainable building materials in residential construction.

The groundbreaking will be hosted by the Blenk Development Corp. and attended by project partners and participants as well as interested community stakeholders.

Partners involved in the selection of building materials, construction and project research will be in attendance and available for media interviews.

A reception will follow the groundbreaking event at 2 p.m. at the Wilden Presentation Centre at 132 Sky Court.
